It was a beautiful day in Ōrewa, with some exciting work underway as we lifted several precast units into place, each weighing approximately 15 tonnes, to form the new stairs as part of the Ōrewa Seawall upgrades.

Once complete, five stairways will be positioned along the new seawall, providing improved access to the beach from the walkway.
