A major transformation has arrived in the heart of Auckland’s city centre, as Te Hā Noa – Victoria Linear Park, offering a reimagined space along Vicotria Street that blends culture, nature, and community.

Delivered in partnership with Auckland Council, this high-quality streetscape upgrade stretches from Waikōkota / Victoria Park through to Rangipuke / Albert Park. The once vehicle-heavy space now features significantly widened footpaths, creating a more welcoming, people-focused environment, ready for the increased pedestrian flow from CRL’s Te Waihorotiu station.

This project enhances both movement and meaning – providing a more walkable city centre while celebrating the area’s cultural significance. Te Hā Noa stands out as a unique addition to the CBD – one that invites people to experience the heart of the city in a new and more meaningful way.
