JFC developed stage 3 of Colin Dale Motorsport Park in South Auckland.

The scope of works consisted of the following:

  • Cutting 24,000m3 topsoil to stockpile for future use

  • Bulk earthworks of 40,000m3, a combination of cut to fill and undercut to stockpile on site

  • Construction of a 4,000m2 parking lot, with additional landform areas prepared for future car parking of 6,000m2

  • Construction of a new full-depth, two-way 540m carriageway, new layouts tying into existing roads and a new entrance to Puhunui Reserve

  • Installation and connection of new utility ducting for LV power and communications, and stormwater network with connections to stream & wetland outlets

  • Installation of 2 transformers and 1km HV ducting and cable pulling, in coordination with Vector
