Cambridge Terrace Extension & Stadium Reserve Upgrade

We successfully delivered two significant projects in collaboration with Auckland Urban Development Office – Cambridge Terrace Extension and Stadium Reserve Upgrade.   Cambridge Terrace Extension encompassed the full construction of a new extension road, upgrades to Stadium Lane, and the formation of associated car parking areas, footpaths and cycle lanes. Works included earthworks, paving, kerbing, new planting and lighting.   Stadium Reserve upgrade forms a key recreational precinct adjacent to the recently delivered Chambers Laneway development. Our scope included earthworks, stormwater and services installation, updated parking layouts, construction of new recreational and community spaces, and the installation of new park furniture and lighting.   Across these three projects – Cambridge Terrace Extension, Stadium Reserve Upgrade, and Chambers Laneway, our team has planted approximately 100 trees and 20,000 small plants, in support of Auckland Council’s objectives enhancing biodiversity and creating more inviting spaces for the community.
