Another incredible day at our annual Girls with Hi-Vis event for Connexis!

It was a privilege to host these talented young women as they got a real taste of what a career in infrastructure looks like by getting their hands dirty laying pavers and operating a digger. For many of the girls, it was their first time stepping onto a construction site, and you could see the confidence grow with every task they tackled. A great opportunity to show them that there’s a place for them in this industry.

We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
