JFC is recognised as an innovative leader in the civil and infrastructure industry in greater Auckland, with heavy involvement in all types of roading, streetscape, earthworks, drainage and landscaping projects.
JFC undertook all the external high spec surfacing, secondary drainage and wall cladding on this 70,000 m2 shopping centre car park and support facilities. This project was undertaken in a very challenging environment, within a very short construction period. The construction of the mall was in progress during this project, thus a large number of contractors were occupying ad travelling across the site. JFC effectively managed our work continuity without disruption to others. The scope of works included: Earthworks Base prep High spec paving Drainage Retaining wall construction Cladding Concrete Concrete kerb and chanel works Exposed aggregate concrete paths
