An iconic meeting place in Otara, particularly at the weekend market. Otara Fairmall has now been upgraded to a community space with a cultural feel that the public can enjoy. Being a high traffic area, this project had restrictions of working hours in place along with high stakeholder focus. It was imperative that businesses could remain open during construction with minimal disruption Throughout the programme of works JFC communicated with all stakeholders regularly and maintained our “Total Plan” approach for the health, safety and well being of all staff and stakeholders.
