JFC is recognised as an innovative leader in the civil and infrastructure industry in greater Auckland, with heavy involvement in all types of roading, streetscape, earthworks, drainage and landscaping projects.
This project incorporated the reconstruction of the approaches to the main entrance of the museum and included the removal and replacement of the Cenotaph. Access to the Cenotaph was available at all times for ANZAC Day celebrations. This location is a very important Auckland landmark and the project reflected this through the use of high spec products and the quality of workmanship exhibited by the JFC team. Maintaining the traditional style and enhancing the strong heritage and cultural values of the area was a priority. Full access to the museum was maintained at all times, whilst the site was carefully enclosed for the safety of pedestrians.
