JFC is recognised as an innovative leader in the civil and infrastructure industry in greater Auckland, with heavy involvement in all types of roading, streetscape, earthworks, drainage and landscaping projects.
This stage of the project included the redevelopment of lower Queen Street and Bowen Street, the creation of a Town Square, and an upgrade of the Clock Tower We continued to transform the CBD area whilst retaining the historical element of the township. A new public space was created in the Square with permanent closure to vehicle traffic on one side. The scope of works included: Landscaping Kerb & channel work Street and amenity lighting Street furniture Stormwater Watermains Electrical works Reconstruction of part of Queen St
