Fort St is part of the 10 year programme to transform a number of CBD streets to shared spaces that will attract a mix of business, residential and cultural activity. With the round-the-clock commitment to completing this stage in time for the Rugby World Cup, our JFC staff worked as an efficient team, continually liaising with the Client and all Stakeholders to limit disruption. This redeveloped open shared spaced was a popular venue during the World Cup, and promoted our world-class dynamic business and cultural centre to all visitors. The scope of works included: Excavation Drainage Services upgrades and relocations New electrical ducting Concrete placement Construction of structures Paving Tree planting Landscaping Lighting Street Furniture
