JFC is recognised as an innovative leader in the civil and infrastructure industry in greater Auckland, with heavy involvement in all types of roading, streetscape, earthworks, drainage and landscaping projects.
These contracts involve the renewal and upgrade to the Auckland's footpath assets, and are ongoing. As the footpaths contracts are Auckland wide, we demonstrate our ability and skills to work in commercial and retail shopping areas, outside schools, elderly housing complexes and hospitals as well as within residential areas. Some sites require working times to be limited to ensure peak traffic flows are maintained. With extensive resources working on the network at any one time we have total flexibility to mobilise appropriately large numbers of staff and equipment to particular projects at short notice. This flexibility ensures we can minimise delay and disruption at critical locations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for stakeholders.
