One of the primary goals of JFC is to deliver the highest quality projects that exceed client expectations. Central to this is a live Quality Management System that sits at the core of all our activities.
Each project has its own site specific quality plan developed by the contract manager in conjunction with our experienced in-house quality manager. On site, all members of the contract management team are fully briefed on the plan. They are supported by senior staff to ensure it cascades throughout the whole delivery team and supply chain partners and subcontractors.
During a project, the contract manager will be responsible for ensuring the plan is maintained and updated. In particular they will check that the testing schedule is up to date and that all hold points have been appropriately signed off.
Designated members of the team will undertake weekly quality audits to validate our actions.
Staff independent of the contract team will undertake regular audits to verify that quality procedures are being rigorously followed.
Senior managers monitor the system on a monthly basis to ensure standards are maintained and any close out actions are promptly dealt with.
