I thought I would take a few minutes to write and say how friendly and helpful your staff has been whilst completing the road/pavement maintenance on and near our property on Abbotts Way. I have 2 very young children and on every occasion I have left the house, over the last week your staff have been so helpful with crossing the busy road, reversing out the car into the traffic and giving us information on how things are progressing and the effect on us. I am sure many are quick to complain when things don’t go quite right, so thought I would be quick to compliment when they have done a great job.

Just a quick note regarding the footpath work in Bell Rd Remuera. The staff working on this project has been excellent in all aspects of the project. Very courteous and helpful and the traffic management people have been outstanding.

I have been totally impressed by their total respect and thoughtfulness in communicating with people in the street while they complete the job. They have been courteous and helpful, and very organised, and have always left the street as clean as possible when they finish. It seems you have a good work culture, and I think it deserved mentioning. Well done!

"As a resident of this area, and myself as a health and safety Co - ordinator. I travel past your guys everyday on Abbots way and I would like to say I see your guys always helping some poor old lady cross the road or guiding someone thought the marked walkways or keeping the traffic flowing it must be very difficult working on such a busy road but it seems it doesn't phase your guys they always willing to help all your guys have all there required PPE on. From my view safety on this site is at very high level and as for public safety outstanding work your guys deserve a pat on the back well done. I know how much feedback from the public means for the company and the guys so I could not let this go by. Great work

"Can you please pass our drivers thanks to the workers at John Fillmore who are doing work in Towai St, St Heliers, for the last couple of weeks they have been very helpful by moving all the bins for the driver and then returning them to the correct address for him.
