Maintenance/Renewals
JFC’s continued maintenance and upgrades of Auckland City’s Footpaths, Parks, Reserves and Carparks has led to the positive feedback from stakeholders and extensive knowledge base spanning more than 45 years, which has made JFC staff proud to be part of an efficient, productive and well established team.
With the development of Auckland’s “SuperCity” the Footpath Upgrade Contracts are now administered by Auckland Transport, whereby the Parks, Reserves and Carparks fall under the umbrella of Auckland Council. JFC continue to work in Partnership with both to establish and deliver work programmes to the satisfaction of Auckland Stakeholders (Auckland Ratepayers).
Although the programmes may constantly change to accommodate essential upgrades, or adapting to work alongside Utility Companies, JFC are focused and driven to deliver a quality finished product in a timely manner, with minimal disruptions to businesses and residents.
JFC’s commitment to improving neighbourhood surroundings sees us frequently operating all over Auckland. Whether it be laying concrete footpath or kerb and channel outside your house, asphalting the carpark of your local reserve or linking the walkway between suburbs, JFC’s day-to-day professionalism and enthusiasm for a better Auckland wins the accolades of those they encounter everyday.
